I have another opportunity now to combine my Paralympic scrapping with a challenge, which makes me happy. Scrap Whispers' Challenge #132 is to 'Scrap a Rainbow' and as we were leaving the Olympic Stadium last September, it was being lit up in a series of different colours.
I printed off my photos, and had a play with rows or columns of photos, but I really wanted to get across the idea of a continuous series of colours, so I settled on putting my photos in a circle:
I ended up keeping the page fairly simple, with a circle of patterned paper at the centre, some doodling and glitter dots. I messed around with using different coloured mats for the photos or adding coloured embellishments to them, but I was happier without them on the page.

This is a great layout and I LOVE how the focus is all on the photos!
ReplyDeleteThat is brilliant Amanda! Your photos are gorgeous, and that's such a clever use of the "stadium" circle in the middle pulling it all together.
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing!
