Birthday Wishes

I still have plenty more pages to share from National Scrapbooking Day, but I'm going to mix them in with other things. Another annual May event is Sketch-n-Scrap's Birthday and this year they have six extra sketches to celebrate the occasion. The second one was a card sketch, and it popped up just as I was thinking about making my brother's birthday card. 

I picked an older 6x6 pad, which is mostly down to scraps now, and pieced the background together, then added the glittery circle, sentiment, star and gems.
