The page is simpler and has less colour than a lot of the others in the album, but I quite like it and didn't feel the need to add any more.

Loch Broom and the Summer Isles
I'm nearing the end of my latest cruise album now so I've not many full 12x12 sheets left. With three photos printed for this page, I stuck a leftover half-sheet from another page (Welcome Aboard) onto basic white cardstock and stacked the photos in a column against it. I then punched a pile of 1" squares from scraps to fill the opposite side of the page.
I used my usual two fonts for my title and added small tile stickers too so I'm entering this page for a challenge at Scrap Our Stash where they asked us to use three or more types of alphas.
The space beside 'Summer Isles' was the perfect shape for this ephemera piece; I placed a geo-tag above the title, journalled below it and added a trio of star gems in the empty spaces.

Cards with Cut-Files
Colour Wheel and Circle Border |
I chose the new Colour Wheel and Circle Border cut-file for the first card, turning it sideways and cutting it from grey cardstock. I covered a 5" x 7" card with a piece of patterned paper from my scraps box and backed the cut-file with old mottled pink paper. I placed the letters H-A-P-P-Y on the five segmented circles, cut BIRTHDAY on my Big Shot and embellished with a selection of puffy flowers.

Let's Get Sketchy is Back
I do like a sketch to get me started with a scrapbook page, and I've used lots of them from Let's Get Sketchy from the time I found them back in 2014 up to last summer when the blog took a break.
Now it's back and looking for a new design team for six months from March.
I'll be applying. How about you? Hop over to read all the requirements.

Au Revoir Bolette
I'm four pages away from finishing my album for our cruise around Scotland last summer, an album which is taking much longer than it should. I'm actually jumping to the last page now with a quartet of photos of the ship and some views which I wanted to include but they didn't fit anywhere else.
I matted the photos individually and then placed them on a large panel of map print paper which I turned into a pocket to hold our cruise log and ship guide. Two of the photos are a bit dark so I'll reprint those and swap them over later.
I added the bunting for a birthday-themed challenge from For the Love of Pretty Paper. My title is in the same mix of fonts that I've used throughout the album, cut using both my Silhouette and my Big Shot. The small alpha dies were one of my best buys of the last year.

Run Eastleigh
For a couple of years I kept on top of my annual albums as I went along, finishing 2019 in February 2020 and 2020 a year later. Here we are in February 2022 though, and my 2021 album is far from finished. I was alright until May, then there is a gap for my birthday, a few more pages done for June and July and then it fizzles out with only one page done for August to December. I really need to get on top of this before we get too far into this year as it looks like being a busy one.
I'm starting with a page which I made for Twilight Crafts with a Jenny Wren Cut-File. The file is their Hexagon Background which I shrank down and duplicated to give me a patchwork of shapes to back.
My photos are from Eastleigh parkrun which my husband and I ran in November. Their colours are decidedly autumnal so I chose Amy Tangerine's Late Afternoon collection and pulled out all my orange and yellow scraps.
I added my journalling to the page after I took these photos.
