I went for a portrait card and used just one paper to cover it, with a contrasting scalloped strip. I stamped my sentiment on a die-cut circle and considered turning it into a rosette, but I found that to be too cluttered and I preferred a cleaner look.
I added a few clear gems to the card, covering some of the fizzy bubbles on the paper.
This card is adorable! I LOVE that cocktail paper, so fun! Thanks for joining us at Sketch N Scrap!
